MAISON VÉLOURA is pleased to offer worldwide shipping to select international destinations. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing, once your order has been confirmed. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or if additional order verification is needed.

• Pre-orders: 4–14 business days

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items are styles that are not currently in stock but are available for advance purchase.
Items marked PRE-ORDER require additional processing time and will ship within 4–14 business days.
Once your pre-order item is ready, it will be shipped immediately, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the time of dispatch.
Please note:

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PIECES
Custom pieces are made exclusively for you and thoughtfully crafted to your selected specifications.
Items marked CUSTOM require additional production time and will be completed within 3–6 weeks. This timeframe allows for detailed craftsmanship, quality inspection, and finishing to MAISON VÉLOURA standards.
Because each custom piece is created specifically for you:
• Custom orders begin production immediately after purchase
• All custom pieces are final sale
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to customization details or material availability
If your order includes both custom pieces and ready-to-ship items, all items will be shipped together once the custom piece has completed production and is ready for shipment.
Once your custom piece is complete, it will ship promptly, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the time of dispatch.
FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the U.S. — Shipped via USPS, with an estimated delivery window of 3–5 business days once your order has been processed.
Shipping times may vary due to high demand or carrier delays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At MAISON VÉLOURA, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. We do not accept returns on any items.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges only for eligible items. To request an exchange:
• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, and free of damage.
• All packaging—including pouches, boxes, and protective materials—must be included.
Exchange requests outside the 7-day window will not be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY
International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and available shipping method.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of MAISON VÉLOURA’s control.
Once an order has shipped, customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier regarding any delivery-related concerns.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated at checkout, these fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
MAISON VÉLOURA does not determine, control, or collect these charges and is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or additional charges assessed upon or before delivery.
We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order if you would like additional information regarding potential import charges in your country.
CUSTOMS DELAYS
International packages may be inspected, processed, or temporarily held by customs. Any resulting delays are outside of MAISON VÉLOURA’s control and do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or reimbursement.
Customers are responsible for providing any additional information or documentation requested by their local customs authority or shipping carrier.
REFUSED, UNCLAIMED & RETURNED PACKAGES
Please be aware of your country’s applicable customs and import fees before placing your order.
MAISON VÉLOURA is not responsible for packages that are refused, rejected, abandoned, or left unclaimed due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, import fees, or any other reason outside of our control.
Refusing or failing to claim an international package does not qualify the order for a refund.
Customers may also be responsible for any return shipping fees, customs charges, carrier fees, or other expenses incurred as a result of a refused or unclaimed shipment.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
MAISON VÉLOURA is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be shipped again.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
Due to the nature and costs associated with international shipping, MAISON VÉLOURA does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on international orders.
Please carefully review all product details, sizing, processing times, shipping information, and your delivery address before completing your purchase.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, international shipping charges, and other import-related expenses are non-refundable through MAISON VÉLOURA.
Refusing or abandoning a package because of customs fees or other import charges does not qualify the order for a refund.
