Each piece may be ready-to-ship or custom-made, as stated in the product description. Custom pieces require additional processing time and may vary slightly from the original design.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We accept debit cards, credit cards, and Shop Pay. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

Maison Véloura reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

SECTION 5. SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time varies depending on whether the item is ready-to-ship or custom-made. 

Once an order is shipped, Maison Véloura is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by third-party carriers. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.

SECTION 6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

However, exchanges or store credit may be issued under specific conditions: - The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.- You must contact us at info@bymaisonveloura.com within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange or credit.
- Approval is subject to review. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom-made or personalized pieces are non-exchangeable and final sale.
